A highly energetic and entertaining band, Cherry Scream have built a solid reputation through regular gigging and have a dynamite live show that provides maximum fun and enjoyment for the audience. Our songs are a combination of hard rock and raw and dirty rock n’ roll.
Chloë, our charismatic and intense lead vocalist, leads the band and provides the songwriting and drive to power the band forwards.
Barny is a long-standing member of the band and provides a solid presence on the bass, bringing his special brand of audience connection and live performance energy. Our new drummer Kamen provides the rhythmic powerhouse for the band. We also have a new guitarist: Kenji, who brings experience and technical skill, and provides a solid foundation for the songs as he shreds like crazy!
We are actively seeking gigs throughout the UK and beyond so get in touch and let’s party! It’s so great to be back and gigging again after a long hiatus due to family responsibilities.
We have played over 50 gigs and supported Tracii Guns’ L.A. Guns, Rudy Sarzo, Tigertailz and Enuff Z ‘Nuff at gigs at The Underworld, Camden.
Cherry Scream is an originals band offering a set of well-crafted hard rockin’ original songs. If required we can also add in a variety of covers of tracks by: Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, Skid Row, Mötley Crüe, Aerosmith, KISS, Ozzy Osbourne, Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
Cherry Scream released their debut album in 2018 and are currently working on developing new original songs for our second album.
Chloë is writing new songs for the band and her aim is to continue to develop the unique Cherry Scream sound with its combination of driving hard rock with a quirky punky edge. The aim is to push at the boundaries within the music without losing the playfulness and essential qualities that have proven to connect so well with audiences around the UK.
Moving into the future we aim to continue to improve the standard of our performances and musicianship in a drive for professionalism and excellence in what we offer as a band, both as musicians and entertainers.
Cherry Scream continues to gig regularly as we expand our audience throughout the UK and beyond in 2023.
